Which tattoo parlor should I go to?

I've been wanting to get a few tattoos for a while and now that I have some spare money I'm looking for somewhere to go.. Price doesnt really matter I just want a high quality clean environment because I don't want them to mess up something so permanent. I was just wondering for a list of higher rated tattoo parlors in the Dallas, TX area.
